Plans for #VeganParis2015 Adventure

This blog has moved to http://jenny-marie.co.uk!

Thanks!

In approximately 1 month, 20 days and 5 hours ish (I’m not counting, I have an app to do it for me) my beau et moi will be Eurostarring it all the way to Paris.

I last went to Paris as a vegan in 2012 (la première partie et la deuxième partie) and back then I thought the options were pretty decent.

But holy moly, the options look AMAZING now! We are srsly going to need to fast for the week leading up to this trip, and here’s why…………..

1. Brasserie Lola. 99 Rue du Théâtre, 75015 Paris. (Metro: Avenue Émile Zola.)

2. Gentle Gourmet Cafe. 24 Boulevard de la Bastille, 75012 Paris. (Metro: Quai de la Rapée.)

4. L’As Du Fallafel. 32-34 Rue des Rosiers, 75004 Paris. (Metro: Saint-Paul.)

The best.

5. Vegan Folie’s. 53 Rue Mouffetard, 75005 Paris. (Metro: Place Monge.)

7. Las Vegans. 30 boulevard Bonne Nouvelle, 75003 Paris. (Metro: Bonne Nouvelle.)

This isn’t by any means all that Paris has to offer to vegans. I’ve also heard about an Italian place, a Chinese place, and a boutique selling all vegan cosmetics (as well as another shop selling bags/other accessories). Have you got any Paris top tips?

  1. Paris is great for vegans! Gentle Gourmet is amazing, and Lola, Hank's and the falafel place were all good too. I'd also recommend Cafe Ginger and Le Potager du Marais. As an animal lover, you might enjoy (if that's the right word) the pet cemetery on the outskirts of the city. It's very interesting! I have some pictures of the food I ate here: http://herbivoresheaven.com/2015/05/11/vegan-in-paris-part-one/ and here: http://herbivoresheaven.com/2015/05/18/vegan-in-paris-part-two/.

    1. I definitely have Cafe Ginger and Le Potager on my list! Actually, I am a super saddo and have a Google Map all marked up with our destinations so we can cram in AS MUCH FOOD AS POSSIBLE in the time we’re there 🙂 Your food all looks so yummy! Paris really is a vegan delight these days. I can’t wait to see what else pops up in the future 🙂
