I had a little play with some gluten free pasta today since I’ve been gorging on gluten in a big way recently and I’ve had a bit of teh dreaded bloat.
I used Sainsbury’s standard ‘free from’ corn fusili and the tremendous Appetite for Reduction Easy Breezy Cheezy Sauce, replacing the plain flour with maize meal and adding some olive oil and soya milk.
I baked in the oven with some grated Vegusto and Cheezly on top. A satisfying and hearty dinner after a hard day’s bakin’! Not quite up to Amy’s Daiya Mac & Cheeze standards, but good enough for me 🙂
